Best dayHitting the stunning roads of the far north west of scotland. Simply sublime engineering!
Worst/ hardest dayLast 100 miles of the best day, very cold, sun in your eyes and hideous cross winds.
Favourite placeAssynt. Simply heaven, no traffic no cops, chalenging and ludicrously fun twistie roads.
Biggest headacheRemembering to slow down and wait for companion on bigger faster bike...
Biggest mistakeForgetting how far Dunnet Head John o'groats was from home... over 100 miles at the end of the day cold, tired and blinded by the sun.
Most pleasant surpriseNot killing myself on single track roads at 80+mph
Any illnessnone
